Bible DISCOVERY 9: The TRIUNE GOD

 

Romans 13:1

King James Version

13 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. 

For there is no power but of God: 

the powers that be are ordained of God.

Do you believe there is a TRIUNE God -- a TRINITY?

Known as God, the FATHER, God the SON, God the HOLY SPIRIT.

And all three are ONE?

This verse says it all:

1 John 5:7

7 For there are three 

that bear record in heaven, 

the Father, 

the Word, 

and the Holy Ghost: 

and these three are one.

"The Word" is JESUS, as revealed here:

John 1:14

King James Version

14 And the Word was made flesh, 

and dwelt among us, 

(and we beheld his glory, 

the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) 

full of grace and truth.

Revelation 19:13

King James Version

13 And he was clothed with a vesture 

dipped in blood: 

and his name is called 

The Word of God.
