Job 37:1
King James Version
37 At this also my heart trembleth,
and is moved out of his place.
Ever heard GOD's voice?
I have, in my heart -- through His SPIRIT.
Through dreams, prompts, alerts, commands, daily inspiration.
But of course, there's more -- through Scripture.
Every time the HOLY SPIRIT leads me to the Bible, I come across awesome stuff about GOD.
The kind that a childlike heart, like mine, can only say one, simple word -- "WOW!"
GOD is that??!!
He can do that??!!
He has done that??!!
He will do that??!!
He IS that??!!
WOW!
Stuff like what I recently read from Scripture.
Through the ministrations of the HOLY SPIRIT.
Stuff like GOD's voice.
Which we already wrote about before.
But SPIRIT brought us to even more new/old knowledge.
As these verses reveal:
Job 37:2-6
King James Version
2 Hear attentively the noise of his voice,
and the sound that goeth out of his mouth.
3 He directeth it under the whole heaven,
and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.
4 After it a voice roareth:
he thundereth with the voice of his excellency;
and he will not stay them when his voice is heard.
5 God thundereth marvellously with his voice;
great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend.
6 For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth;
likewise to the small rain,
and to the great rain of his strength.
Psalm 29:3-9
King James Version
3 The voice of the Lord is upon the waters:
the God of glory thundereth:
the Lord is upon many waters.
4 The voice of the Lord is powerful;
the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.
5 The voice of the Lord breaketh the cedars;
yea, the Lord breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.
6 He maketh them also to skip like a calf;
Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.
7 The voice of the Lord divideth the flames of fire.
8 The voice of the Lord shaketh the wilderness;
the Lord shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.
9 The voice of the Lord maketh the hinds to calve,
and discovereth the forests:
and in his temple doth every one speak
of his glory.
And, of course, the VERY beginning:
Genesis 1:3-4
King James Version
3 And God said, Let there be light:
and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good:
and God divided the light
from the darkness.
John 1:1-3
King James Version
1 In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him;
and without him was not any thing made
that was made.
I always stand in awe of GOD.
At how I could not have enough knowledge about Him.
Being childlike -- even as He made me a born again watchman -- I get excited about His SPIRIT's prompts, and alerts.
It's the only reason I could write as I do.
A hundred thirteen blogs, and all.
As I'm in awe, I'm also in fear.
I would never want to "cross" the LORD.
Oh boy, you don't dare challenge His POWER.
Nor the authority He gave His Son, JESUS.
His COMMANDMENTS are my goal.
His WORDS are my heart.
His WILL is my desire.
His VOICE is my soul.
His JOY is my joy.
This blog you're reading alone, is testament to His power.
In this my lifetime, I intend to discover, and write, as much as SPIRIT would lead me to, and would want me to.
I could never have enough of the LORD.
And so should you.
Begone all the lies, and fallacies, on the LORD.
It's time to get to know GOD, JUST as He Is.
Start with GOD's TRUTH.
Psalm 29:2
King James Version
2 Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name;
worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
