GOD knows our THOUGHTS

 Psalm 44:21

King James Version

21 Shall not God search this out?

for he knoweth the secrets of the heart.

Ever doubted GOD's power to know us fully?

Well, doubt no more, for SPIRIT led me to many verses in Scripture showing proof.

And in man's skeptical heart, he always needs proof.

A true born again won't challenge GOD's power.

We already know, because the HOLY SPIRIT told us so.

This is how much GOD knows our thoughts.

Our desires, and our substance.

It's all in Scripture.

There is no hiding from GOD.

Genesis 6:5-6

King James Version

5 And God saw

that the wickedness of man

was great in the earth,

and that every imagination

of the thoughts of his heart

was only evil continually.

6 And it repented the Lord

that he had made man on the earth,

and it grieved him at his heart.

Psalm 139:1-5

King James Version

139 O lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.

2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising,

thou understandest my thought afar off.

3 Thou compassest my path and my lying down,

and art acquainted with all my ways.

4 For there is not a word in my tongue,

but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether.

5 Thou hast beset me behind and before,

and laid thine hand upon me.

Psalm 139:7-8

King James Version

7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit?

or whither shall I flee from thy presence?

8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there:

if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.

Psalm 139:13

King James Version

13 For thou hast possessed my reins:

thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.

Psalm 139:15

King James Version

15 My substance was not hid from thee,

when I was made in secret,

and curiously wrought

in the lowest parts of the earth.

Psalm 139:16

King James Version

16 Thine eyes did see my substance,

yet being unperfect;

and in thy book all my members were written,

which in continuance were fashioned,

when as yet there was none of them.

Jeremiah 1:5

King James Version

5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee;

and before thou camest forth out of the womb

I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee

a prophet unto the nations.

Ezekiel 38:10

King James Version

10 Thus saith the Lord God;

It shall also come to pass, that at the same time

shall things come into thy mind,

and thou shalt think an evil thought:

His power is in JESUS.

Matthew 9:4

King James Version

4 And Jesus knowing their thoughts said,

Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?

Matthew 12:25

King James Version

25 And Jesus knew their thoughts,

and said unto them,

Every kingdom divided against itself

is brought to desolation;

and every city or house divided against itself

shall not stand:

Matthew 16:6-8

King James Version

6 Then Jesus said unto them,

Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees

and of the Sadducees.

7 And they reasoned among themselves, saying,

It is because we have taken no bread.

8 Which when Jesus perceived, he said unto them,

O ye of little faith,

why reason ye among yourselves,

because ye have brought no bread?

Matthew 26:20-21

King James Version

20 Now when the even was come,

he sat down with the twelve.

21 And as they did eat, he said,

Verily I say unto you,

that one of you shall betray me.

Matthew 26:22-23

King James Version

22 And they were exceeding sorrowful,

and began every one of them to say unto him,

Lord, is it I?

23 And he answered and said,

He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish,

the same shall betray me.

Matthew 26:24

King James Version

24 The Son of man goeth as it is written of him:

but woe unto that man

by whom the Son of man is betrayed!

it had been good for that man

if he had not been born.

Matthew 26:25

King James Version

25 Then Judas, which betrayed him,

answered and said, Master, is it I?

He said unto him, Thou hast said.

when Jesus perceived in his spirit

that they so reasoned within themselves,

he said unto them,

Why reason ye these things in your hearts?

Mark 8:15-17

King James Version

15 And he charged them, saying,

Take heed,

beware of the leaven of the Pharisees,

and of the leaven of Herod.

16 And they reasoned among themselves, saying,

It is because we have no bread.

17 And when Jesus knew it, he saith unto them,

Why reason ye, because ye have no bread?

perceive ye not yet, neither understand?

have ye your heart yet hardened?

Mark 12:14-15

King James Version

14 And when they were come, they say unto him,

Master, we know that thou art true,

and carest for no man:

for thou regardest not the person of men,

but teachest the way of God in truth:

Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?

15 Shall we give, or shall we not give?

But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said unto them,

Why tempt ye me?

bring me a penny, that I may see it.

Luke 5:22

King James Version

22 But when Jesus perceived their thoughts,

he answering said unto them,

What reason ye in your hearts?

Luke 6:8

King James Version

8 But he knew their thoughts,

and said to the man which had the withered hand,

Rise up, and stand forth in the midst.

And he arose and stood forth.

Luke 9:46-47

King James Version

46 Then there arose a reasoning among them,

which of them should be greatest.

47 And Jesus,

perceiving the thought of their heart,

took a child, and set him by him,

Luke 11:17

17 But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them,

Every kingdom divided against itself

is brought to desolation;

and a house divided against a house falleth.

John 2:24-25

because he knew all men,

25 And needed not that any should testify of man:

who they were that believed not,

and who should betray him.

John 8:44-45

King James Version

44 Ye are of your father the devil,

and the lusts of your father ye will do.

He was a murderer from the beginning,

and abode not in the truth,

because there is no truth in him.

When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own:

for he is a liar, and the father of it.

45 And because I tell you the truth,

ye believe me not.

John 16:19

King James Version

19 Now Jesus knew

that they were desirous to ask him,

and said unto them,

Do ye enquire among yourselves of that I said,

A little while, and ye shall not see me:

and again, a little while, and ye shall see me?

John 16:30

Hebrews 4:12-13

King James Version

12 For the word of God is quick,

and powerful,

and sharper than any twoedged sword,

piercing even to the dividing asunder

of soul and spirit,

and of the joints and marrow,

and is a discerner of the thoughts

and intents of the heart.

13 Neither is there any creature

that is not manifest in his sight:

but all things are naked and opened

unto the eyes of him

with whom we have to do.

Revelation 2:23

King James Version

23 And I will kill her children with death;

and all the churches shall know

that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts:

and I will give unto every one of you

according to your works.

These are introductory verses so we may know the power of GOD, and His ability to search our hearts, know our thoughts, and even perceive our evil.

To get the complete context, read the whole chapter where these verses came from.

For myself, I don't doubt GOD knows everything.

His WORD has such power in my heart.

it is my meditation all the day.

In the path I've taken as watchman, this is all I care about:

18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying,

All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

which is the head of all principality

and power:

CHARACTERISTICS of GOD

 Psalm 33:1

King James Version

33 Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous:

for praise is comely for the upright.

The LORD deserves ALL our love, and praise.

A born again knows His ways, through Scripture.

May anyone not born again yet, become one.

You have no idea what His SPIRIT can teach you.

You have no idea the glorious treasures Scripture has.

You have no idea His POWER, through His Son, JESUS.

In just one Davidic chapter, we found all these:

Psalm 33:4

King James Version

4 For the word of the Lord is right;

and all his works are done in truth.

Psalm 33:5

King James Version

5 He loveth righteousness and judgment:

the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord.

Psalm 33:6

King James Version

6 By the word of the Lord were the heavens made;

and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.

Psalm 33:7

King James Version

7 He gathereth the waters of the sea together

as an heap:

he layeth up the depth in storehouses.

Psalm 33:8-9

King James Version

8 Let all the earth fear the Lord:

let all the inhabitants of the world

stand in awe of him.

9 For he spake, and it was done;

he commanded, and it stood fast.

Psalm 33:10

King James Version

10 The Lord bringeth the counsel of the heathen

to nought:

he maketh the devices of the people

of none effect.

Psalm 33:11

King James Version

11 The counsel of the Lord standeth for ever,

the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

Psalm 33:12

King James Version

12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord;

and the people whom he hath chosen

for his own inheritance.

Psalm 33:13-15

King James Version

13 The Lord looketh from heaven;

he beholdeth all the sons of men.

14 From the place of his habitation

he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.

15 He fashioneth their hearts alike;

he considereth all their works.

Psalm 33:19-19

King James Version

18 Behold, the eye of the Lord

is upon them that fear him,

upon them that hope in his mercy;

19 To deliver their soul from death,

and to keep them alive in famine.

The UNFATHOMABLE GOD

 1 Corinthians 4:1

King James Version

4 Let a man so account of us,

as of the ministers of Christ,

and stewards of the mysteries of God.

How much do you know about GOD?

What would you like to know?

Do you think GOD is "fathomable"?

Would you know all His secrets?

Would you know all His ways?

Here's what SPIRIT and Scripture gave me to ponder upon:

Job 11:7-9

King James Version

7 Canst thou by searching find out God?

canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection?

8 It is as high as heaven; what canst thou do?

deeper than hell; what canst thou know?

9 The measure thereof is longer than the earth,

and broader than the sea.

Psalm 71:15

King James Version

15 My mouth shall shew forth

thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day;

for I know not the numbers thereof.

Psalm 90:11

King James Version

11 Who knoweth the power of thine anger?

even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.

Psalm 139:4-6

King James Version

4 For there is not a word in my tongue,

but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether.

5 Thou hast beset me behind and before,

and laid thine hand upon me.

6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;

it is high, I cannot attain unto it.

Psalm 139:16-18

King James Version

16 Thine eyes did see my substance,

yet being unperfect;

and in thy book all my members were written,

which in continuance were fashioned,

when as yet there was none of them.

17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me,

O God! how great is the sum of them!

18 If I should count them,

they are more in number than the sand:

when I awake, I am still with thee.

Psalm 145:3

King James Version

3 Great is the Lord,

and greatly to be praised;

and his greatness is unsearchable.

Ecclesiastes 7:23-24

King James Version

23 All this have I proved by wisdom:

I said, I will be wise; but it was far from me.

24 That which is far off, and exceeding deep,

who can find it out?

Isaiah 55:8-9

King James Version

8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts,

neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.

9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth,

so are my ways higher than your ways,

and my thoughts than your thoughts.

John 21:25

King James Version

25 And there are also many other things

which Jesus did, the which,

if they should be written every one,

I suppose that even the world itself

could not contain the books

that should be written.

Amen.

Romans 11:33-36

King James Version

33 O the depth of the riches

both of the wisdom and knowledge of God!

how unsearchable are his judgments,

and his ways past finding out!

34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord?

or who hath been his counsellor?

35 Or who hath first given to him,

and it shall be recompensed unto him again?

36 For of him, and through him, and to him,

are all things:

to whom be glory for ever.

Amen.

1 Corinthians 4:4-5

King James Version

4 For I know nothing by myself;

yet am I not hereby justified:

but he that judgeth me is the Lord.

5 Therefore judge nothing before the time,

until the Lord come,

who both will bring to light

the hidden things of darkness,

and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts:

and then shall every man have praise of God.

1 Corinthians 4:15

King James Version

15 For though ye have

ten thousand instructers in Christ,

yet have ye not many fathers:

for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you

through the gospel.

Ephesians 3:8-11

King James Version

8 Unto me,

who am less than the least of all saints,

is this grace given,

that I should preach among the Gentiles

the unsearchable riches of Christ;

9 And to make all men see

what is the fellowship of the mystery,

which from the beginning of the world

hath been hid in God,

who created all things by Jesus Christ:

10 To the intent that now

unto the principalities and powers

in heavenly places might be known

by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

11 According to the eternal purpose

which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:

Ephesians 3:14-15

King James Version

14 For this cause I bow my knees

unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

15 Of whom the whole family

in heaven and earth is named,

Ephesians 3:17-19

King James Version

17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith;

that ye, being roote

18 May be able to comprehend with all saints

what is the breadth, and length,

and depth, and height;

19 And to know the love of Christ,

which passeth knowledge,

that ye might be filled

with all the fulness of God.

Three GOD traits

Isaiah 40:25

King James Version

25 To whom then will ye liken me,

or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One.

How much do you know about GOD?

Do you believe in Him?

What have you been taught about Him?

What is your personal experience of Him?

I'm not Catholic now, but my past schools taught me something important, and I'm grateful for that:

GOD is omnipresent,

omniscient,

and omnipotent.

That means:

GOD is everywhere -- omnipresent.

GOD is all-knowing -- omniscient.

GOD is all-powerful -- omnipotent.

That made me in awe of GOD, early on.

But I had not really developed a relationship with GOD then.

Apart from being childlike with Him, and praying as a child would.

I prayed if I felt I was in danger.

I'd been "attacked" numerous times in my dreams.

I'd pray directly to Him, and would just say, "Please help me, GOD!".

RIGHT away, He'd save me.

Such was His power.

And I wasn't even born again yet.

I've always looked to GOD as the "FATHER".

When He made me born again, He led me to Scripture.

That's when I really got to know Him.

And marveled at the treasures the Bible revealed.

Of His love, power, might, glory, mercy, and patience.

Scripture taught me these verses today.

Showing GOD's three TRAITS:

GOD is Omnipresent.

Psalm 139:7-10

King James Version

7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit?

or whither shall I flee from thy presence?

8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there:

if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.

9 If I take the wings of the morning,

and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;

10 Even there shall thy hand lead me,

and thy right hand shall hold me.

GOD is Omniscient.

1 John 3:20

King James Version

20 For if our heart condemn us,

God is greater than our heart,

and knoweth all things.

GOD is Omnipotent.

Revelation 1:8

King James Version

8 I am Alpha and Omega,

the beginning and the ending,

saith the Lord,

which is,

and which was,

and which is to come,

the Almighty.

There are many more verses that speak of GOD's astounding traits.

We've written about them through these blogs.

When GOD shouts

1 Thessalonians 4:16

King James Version

16 For the Lord himself

shall descend from heaven

with a shout,

with the voice of the archangel,

and with the trump of God:

and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

We've talked much about the Rapture.

We've also written about GOD's VOICE.

Wherein:

Ezekiel 43:2

King James Version

2 And, behold,

the glory of the God of Israel came

from the way of the east:

and his voice was like a noise of many waters:

and the earth shined with his glory.

Bible versions translate that as:

like the roar of a huge torrent

like the sound of a mighty flood

like the sound of rushing water

as loud as ocean waves

like the sound of the sea

like a noise of great waters

like the roar of the sea

like the roar of mighty waters

like the roar of rushing water

like the roar of floodwaters

like the sound of a mighty torrent of waters

thundered like a great waterfall

We also know JESUS' voice in the end times.

Revelation 1:10

King James Version

10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day,

and heard behind me a great voice,

as of a trumpet,

All that describes GOD's voice.

What about if He shouts?

Can you imagine how the skies would reverberate?

The whole world will hear this.

It will reach every corner of the world.

It will reach every faithful.

Romans 1:16

King James Version

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ:

for it is the power of God unto salvation

to every one that believeth;

to the Jew first,

and also to the Greek.

The very voice, and sounds, they've been longing to hear.

Hearing, and seeing JESUS up in the clouds.

And being changed, bodily, that they may meet Him up there.

And how unbelievers will tremble, in fear.

GOD's shout would signal the dead to meet JESUS in the air.

And the rest of the living to do the same.

Mark 13:32-33

King James Version

32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man,

no, not the angels which are in heaven,

neither the Son, but the Father.

33 Take ye heed,

watch and pray:

for ye know not when the time is.

After that, there's no more turning back.

We must all be part of the Rapture.

We would not want to experience the Tribulation to follow.

That's the task given me.

To tell you of the imminence of the Rapture.

It could happen any moment.

That's why it's all preparation now.

GLORY be to GOD!
